Board of Athletic Control

An email query came about this body, which was here many years ago. I don't have a distinct file on it in the archives, but there were a number of articles on in the Stylus from the '70s and '80s. It was a board whose members were appointed by President Brown and whose charge seems to have been to oversee the athletic programs, make recommendations on team retention and creation and so forth.
