Background for class outreach

Nicole Bower from Development Office called, they are working on a campaign to reach out to serveral classes, '68, '73, '88 & '03. I lent her some yearbooks, offered other help as needed...

Class of '63

Pep Johnson and company were back 12/10, spent several hours going over things, and left a big stack of materials for me to scan for use in slide shows etc.

Film footage

Someone contacted us looking for film/tv footage of his mother who gave a poetry reading here in 1982. I checked, and we didn't have it. The important point is that I double checked with Alex Alexandrov in TV, and there is no film archive, no film library of TV footage. She reminded me that many years ago I got the old stuff she had then, the old ECC college tour films etc. They apparently do not maintain an archive of footage they have shot.

Scan Civil War papers

Grad student referred to me for help scnaning some Civil War papers of a gr-grandfather. Am working with him re use of book scanner.

He came by, I scanned a set of letters/documents of his ancestors from his war service.
