FOB Groundbreaking

Question re when was the groundbreaking for FOB (today's Brown.) From the construction records in RG20 work on the site appears to have begun in early 1973. Staff began moving into the building the summer of 1974. Doesn't appear to have been any ceremony or dedication.

Faculty bio

Someone looking for info on Johnm Chesnut (English ca1950-1970.) Scanned some Stylus articles, a pic from yearbook, emailed to them.

President's office

Nancy Ensman, from President's office, calling to say they are going through records, housecleaning, wanting to know what might go to archives, what to records officer... Called her back, emailed her some info, will be working more with her.

Seymour family

Intern in Seymour Union, project this summer of display of people the Union is named for, history of the building. Am meeting with her this coming week.

A fellow who taught here in '61-62 stopped in to look at the year books from that era.

Brockport Singers

This group ran from the late '60s to the early '80s when the music dept was retrenched. The faculty advisor was Cervone, and they are having a reunion. Cervone's son Gian contacted me asking about archival holdings - they are limited I am afraid.
